TFC Invisible Sealer is a 1 L penetrating treatment for suitable low-porosity tiles and stone where the natural finish should remain visible.

Which surfaces suit Invisible Sealer?

Clear penetrating silicone treatment for low-porosity surfaces such as suitable porcelain, marble, granite and low-porosity terracotta or travertine. Designed to preserve natural appearance with no added surface film while repelling water and most oils. UV-stable for indoor and outdoor applications on compatible material; test absorption and appearance before treating the whole area.

Choose Invisible Sealer where a compatible low-porosity surface should retain its existing appearance. It is intended for protection within the material rather than a new decorative layer on top.

Before you start

Check the stone or tile finish and follow the directions for application and removal of any excess. A discreet trial lets you assess absorption and appearance before committing to a full floor or wall.

How much to allow

TFC gives an approximate spread of 7–30 m² per litre, depending on absorption. A trial on the actual surface is more useful than assuming the upper end of the range. The maker specifies Quick Clean for routine maintenance.
