Payment

Payment for all orders must be made through the payment methods available on the Website.
Where deposits are required, or EFT’s are effected the order will not be processed until the funds have been cleared by our bank.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Website.
All prices are in South African Rand and are inclusive of VAT, shipping, and handling charges, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours from the date of purchase. For online orders we allow for 3-5 working days for delivery. As we depend on third-party couriers to deliver purchases to our customers, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We will maintain communication with you to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control. We work closely with our delivery suppliers to address issues, resolve problems and ensure delivery of items to you.
