Choosing tiles for Easy Seal 1 L

Easy Seal combines silicones and acrylics in a water-based treatment for compatible porous tiles. It can be used indoors or outside and may slightly deepen the colour while leaving a sheen. TFC permits cleaning and sealing on the same day if the tile has already dried enough to absorb the sealer.

Choose Easy Seal for a compatible absorbent tile where a slight change in appearance is welcome. Determine absorbency and look at a sealed test patch in the same light as the finished floor.

Before you start

Plan the work in complete sections. Surface moisture or residue may affect absorption, so judge readiness by the product instructions as well as appearance. The stated bottle size is the amount supplied; actual coverage depends on the substrate.
