SPRAYPAINT MIRROR GOLD EFFECT 170G (RUSTOLEUM)

Rust-Oleum Mirror Gold Effect is used to create a gold mirror-like finish on the back of glass or acrylic glass surfaces, such as vases, jars, framed glass, tabletops, and candle holders. It is applied to the reverse side of the glass to create a reflective, decorative surface, and is intended for indoor decorative projects. 

Uses for decorative projects Glass vases and jars: Transform ordinary glass vases and jars into reflective, decorative pieces.
Framed glass: Add a mirrored gold effect to the glass in picture frames for a unique look.
Tabletops: Apply to the underside of glass tabletops to create a reflective and eye-catching surface.
Candle holders: Give glass candle holders a special gold mirror finish. 

Application Apply to the reverse side: For the best results, spray the paint on the back or inside of the glass or acrylic.
Follow painting conditions: Ensure proper drying by using the product outdoors or in a well-ventilated area, with temperatures between 10 and 32 Degrees Celsius and humidity below 65%. 

To use Rust-Oleum Gold Mirror Effect, clean the reverse side of the glass, apply 4-5 very thin coats of the spray from 25-30cm away, and let it dry for about 1 minute between coats. For a more protective finish, a final thin coat of Rust-Oleum Ultra Cover 2X Matte Clear can be applied to the painted side.

Step-by-step instructions
Prepare the surface: Thoroughly clean the reverse side of your glass or acrylic object with glass cleaner or soap and water. Use a clean, lint-free cloth to wipe it dry and ensure it’s free of any residue.
Protect surrounding areas: Cover the front of the glass and any surrounding areas you don’t want to paint with paper or a drop cloth, securing the edges with painter’s tape.
Shake the can: Shake the can vigorously for 1-2 minutes until you hear the mixing ball rattle.
Apply thin coats: Hold the can 25-30cm away from the surface and spray very thin, even coats. Start and stop spraying before the object to ensure a smooth finish.
Layer the paint: Apply 4-5 thin coats, waiting about 1 minute for each coat to dry before applying the next. Avoid over spraying to prevent drips.
Add protection (optional): For added durability, apply a thin coat of Rust-Oleum Painter Touch+ Matte Clear to the painted side once you have achieved the desired effect.
Reveal the mirror: Once the project is completely dry, remove the painter’s tape and protective covering to reveal the new gold mirror finish on the front side of the glass.
