Then, spray two or more light, even coats from 10-16 inches away using a steady back-and-forth motion, with each stroke slightly overlapping the last. For best results, apply a second coat within one hour or after 24 hours, as recommended by the specific product instructions.
Before you begin
Prepare the surface: Lightly sand any rough patches and wipe clean with a lint-free cloth to remove dust.
Protect the area: Use a drop cloth to protect surrounding areas from overspray.
Shake the can: Shake the can vigorously for at least one minute after the mixing ball starts to rattle.

Application steps
Hold the can correctly: Hold the can upright, 25-40cm from the surface.
Spray with continuous motion: Move the can in a steady, back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke.
Use light coats: Apply light, even coats to ensure smooth coverage.
Start and stop beyond the edges: Begin and end each spray stroke past the edges of your project to avoid start-stop marks.
Apply multiple coats: Apply two or more light coats. A second coat can be applied within one hour or after 24 hours (depending on the specific product), so check the label for exact instructions.
Avoid open flames: Do not use near an open flame.

After use
Clean the tip: Wipe the tip clean by pulling it off and rinsing it in a solvent like mineral spirits to prevent clogging.
Clean up: Clean up any wet paint with xylol or mineral spirits.
Proper disposal: Dispose of the empty can in your regular trash pickup, but do not burn it.
