Choose Grout Off for cement-based residue left after tiling. Before treating a whole floor, establish whether the tile, stone, grout and adjacent finishes can tolerate an acidic cleaner.

Before you start

Protect neighbouring surfaces that should not come into contact with the cleaner. Follow the product directions for dilution, rinsing and any neutralising step. A small test patch helps distinguish removable residue from damage to the actual finish.

Use only on acid-resistant surfaces and test first. Do not treat acid-sensitive stone such as marble. Rinse after cleaning; follow TFC’s neutralisation instructions before sealing.
