DIAMOND CORE BIT 25MM (TORK CRAFT)

The diamond core cuts faster, smoother and lasts longer than any other core drills.

Before you begin
Wear safety gear: Put on eye, ear, and dust protection.
Secure the workpiece: Make sure the material you are drilling is stable.
Attach the bit: Screw the core bit onto an arbour, which then fits into your drill’s chuck.
Set drill settings: Turn the hammer function off.

Step-by-step instructions 
Mark the spot: Lightly mark the centre point where you want to drill.
Start drilling: Set the drill at a slight angle to the surface and begin drilling to create a starting groove.
Go perpendicular: Once the groove is established, bring the drill to a 90 degree angle to the material and apply steady, even pressure.
Lubricate constantly: Keep the tip wet with water while drilling. This is crucial to cool the bit and prevent it from overheating and breaking.
Clear the core: Periodically withdraw the drill to remove the core and debris from inside the bit.
Finish the hole: If you are drilling through a thick material, you may need to stop after the first layer, remove the pilot bit from the arbour, and then finish the job with the core drill. 

Tips for success
Use steady pressure: Avoid pushing too hard. Let the diamonds do the work.
Ensure a clean start: A pilot hole can help guide the core bit for a precise starting point.
Use the right tool: A corded angle grinder may be recommended over a cordless one for optimal power.
Inspect the bit: Before and after use, check the diamond segments for any damage. If they are chipped or missing, replace the bit.
