ADHESIVE MITRE KIT 400G & 100G (SOUDAL)

Description:
Soudal Mitre Kit Adhesive 2C is a two component adhesive set containing high viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive and activator.

Featured properties:
High bonding strength.
Suitable for use on vertical surfaces as it will not drip or slump.
It is particularly suited to bonding difficult substrates which have a porous or uneven nature since it increases bonding strength by preventing the adhesive to be absorbed by the surface.

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Surfaces:
Ensure both surfaces are completely dry, flush, clean, and free of dust or grease.
2. Apply the Activator:
Spray a small, even mist of the activator onto one of the surfaces. Do not overspray; a light, targeted mist is all that is required for the curing process. Allow the solvent to evaporate for a few seconds.
3. Apply the Adhesive:
Apply the super glue drop-by-drop or in a thin bead along the opposite surface. Make sure there is enough adhesive to cover the contact area once joined, but avoid using too much to prevent excess squeeze-out.
4. Join and Hold:
Immediately bring the two parts together and press firmly. Hold the pieces perfectly still for 10 to 30 seconds. The adhesive and activator will react to create a strong bond almost instantly.
For thicker timbers, hold for up to a minute.
